Hello DC Alumni!

We are currently looking for DC alumni to be mentors for our International Student Mentorship Program (open to both previous domestic and international students).

We would like to invite you to apply and assist first-semester international students in their journey at DC.

We know that having that first-hand experience, and for many of you, international experience, will greatly benefit first year international students who may be looking for someone who has knowledge about, and experience with, DC.

We hope that you will join us in this program! Mentors and mentees are asked to meet (physically, virtually, email etc.) at least 3 times in the Winter 2025 term (January to April). They may choose to meet more than that if they wish. Meetings and advising scheduling will be determined between the mentor and their mentee. If you are interested, you can sign up here.

We will keep the applications open to be mentors for the Winter 2025 term until January 24^th, 2025. Also, if a mentor completes their commitment by meeting their assigned mentee(s) at least three times during a particular term, we will offer enrolment into one or more of the career networking events (approved first by the ISMP coordinator) offered through Eventbrite, up to a value of $70.00 CAD.
